Biography's
Ms. Tracy V. Betts-Holland, Director & Founder
Ms. Betts-Holland, is a dedicated leader and one of the three women who originally developed and later founded STBA. She is a native Washingtonian and currently resides in PG County Maryland were she attended high school and later college. From 1983 through 1988 she studied and received a degree in Business Administration, Computer Network Administration and Information Concepts. During 1989 through 2001 she participated in several developmental programs, training and organization leadership seminars, and became a member of several organizations, including her most recent membership with the Emergency Management & Homeland Security Forum. She is presently attending a local University were she is currently studying Criminal Justice and Forensic Science. Ms. Betts-Holland loves people and enjoys church, family and school. She is an inspirational leader and motivator highly acclaimed by her innovative expertise in creating programs and seeing the need for change. She spends her leisure time traveling and mounting outreach programs through STBA and other partnerships. Her calling extends from striving to live the perfect will of God and inspiring others into the knowledge of Christianity,salvation and righteousness. Her desire to love people has been exemplified throughout her life and career.
